About the Role:

• Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where performance targets are achieved
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management when needed
• Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to excel is central to your leadership
• Ensure smooth stockroom operations by continuously improving, identifying, and solving problems—driving high standards in stock processing
• Strive to ensure beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible
