Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery program in the Leeds/West Yorkshire area, managing field teams responsible for civil works, installation, and maintenance activities. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and report on project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety practices are followed and documented.
• Maintain quality standards in line with Openreach and Telent standards.
• Supervise daily team activities and attend site meetings.
• Coordinate permits, notices, and ensure compliance with NRSWA regulations.
• Keep detailed records of work and issues, update project tracking systems.
• Report progress and issues to line management.
• Ensure completion of all supporting documentation and adherence to traffic management requirements.
• Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and track survey and build activities.
• Conduct site surveys and ensure quality control of survey outputs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Understanding of Openreach external network infrastructure.
• Experience building PON telecom networks, preferably on the Openreach network.
• Proficiency with SOLO, Connect, or similar systems.
• Relevant certifications: NRSWA Unit 2, IOSH Managing Safely, SA001/SA002, K006/K008, N023/N027/N028, S011/S013, TC55, MEWP, and NRSWA Units LA, S1-S7.
