Delivery Manager Estates Delivery Team
Location: Northeast England (travel to MoJ sites outside this region may also be required)

Grade: G7
(MoJ candidates who are on a specialist grade, will be able to retain this grade on lateral transfer)
Salary: London: £61201 - £69338. National: £56532 - £64048.
Working pattern : Full time, part time, flexible working, job share.
Contract Type: Permanent.

We’re recruiting for a Delivery Manager here at Justice Digital , to be part of our warm and collaborative Tech Services Delivery team.
This role aligns against Delivery Manager from the Government Digital and Data Framework.
Working as a Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for building, maintaining and motivating teams; protect the team and make sure the team collaborates to focus on what is most important. You’ll coach team members and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement in the team. You will proactively manage dependencies and risks to overcome obstacles to delivery.
You’ll be an active part of the broader delivery management community in Technology Services and Justice Digital, receiving coaching and mentoring from your senior colleagues, and will also have the chance to participate in informal support networks with peers.
We are looking for Delivery Managers to join us to help deliver products and services to our end users across the whole of the MoJ family which includes Courts, Tribunals, Prisons, Probation, Offices and other partners and agencies. No two days or sites are the same, with an Estate that ranges from historical buildings such as the Royal Courts of Justice in London to modern purpose-built buildings and everything in between. With over 1000 properties there is always somewhere different to work at.

Key Responsibilities:
We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills who’ll enjoy working in a delivery focused, agile environment with multidisciplinary teams. You will contribute to our Agile Delivery community and share your skills and experiences with others across the MoJ, and wider government departments. You’ll be an experienced delivery manager leading a multidisciplinary team, supporting and continuously improving products of significant scale and complexity. You’ll get support from your people manager, delivery manager peers, the wider delivery community and from formal learning opportunities to develop in this role.
