Job summary

UBDS Group is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead technology programmes across client teams and suppliers, ensuring delivery remains outcomes-driven from initiation through to closure, and building strong cross-functional relationships.

You will coordinate delivery across enterprise domains such as Microsoft 365, infrastructure, Cloud (Azure/AWS) and ITSM, manage budgets and risks, and apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches to diverse public and private sector engagements.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager or Project Manager role.
• Experience delivering technology projects in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing delivery budgets and financial reporting.
• Experience working in public sector environments with governance and delivery constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology-focused projects and client engagements end to end.
• Define delivery outcomes, scope, milestones and delivery plans aligned to business goals.
• Deliver projects across enterprise technology areas including Microsoft 365, infrastructure, ITSM, and cloud transformations.
• Build strong working relationships with multidisciplinary teams, customers and suppliers.
• Apply delivery governance, reporting, financial controls and risk management.
• Adapt methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid) to engagement needs.
