Job summary

Searchability in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of platform and infrastructure projects within a complex, highly technical environment. You will take ownership from planning to delivery, manage teams, stakeholders, risks, budgets and timelines, and collaborate with customers, suppliers and technical teams to ensure outcomes are met.

This hands-on role suits someone who is organized, commercially minded, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Delivery or Project Management.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, platform or technology projects.
• Strong understanding of project governance, planning, risk and financial management.
• Experience managing technical teams and multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in complex, highly governed environments.
• Confident using Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office.
• Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, AgilePM or APM is desirable.
• Enhanced UK Government security clearance required.

Salary: Upto £90,000 + full package

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of platform and infrastructure projects within a complex, highly technical environment.

You’ll take ownership of projects and workstreams from planning through to delivery, managing teams, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, budgets and timelines. You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers and technical teams to keep delivery on track and ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.

This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who is organised, commercially aware and comfortable working with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
