Job summary

THG Ingenuity is seeking a project leadership professional to guide cross-functional teams in delivering end-to-end digital commerce solutions. You will define scope, build detailed plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely, quality delivery across platforms and partners.

You will engage with stakeholders, drive collaboration, and continuously look for process improvements to enhance project management efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the generation of solutions, validating and prioritising before driving implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives and requirements; develop detailed plans with timelines and resources.
• Build and lead a cross-functional team, assign tasks and ensure collaboration.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders and provide progress updates.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
• Allocate resources to ensure tools, equipment and personnel are available.
• Monitor timelines and adjust as needed to keep the project on track.
• Address issues and obstacles to keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including plans and status reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.
