Role Overview

Vario is a market-leading alternative legal services provider within Pinsent Masons, a unique entity in the legal sector. It encompasses Flexible Services, Consulting and Technology, Legal Project Management, and Managed Legal Services (MLS). This role is within our MLS team.

As the Vario team expands, we are recruiting a Delivery Manager to support our MLS Delivery teams in providing top-tier legal services to practice groups and external clients. The role involves engagement strategies, team development, and ensuring high-quality delivery. The successful candidate will:

1. Manage a team of paralegals focused on delivering work to lawyers and clients, including supervision, training, and development.
2. Oversee the delivery of legal services to end users.
3. Support service delivery management on engagements, including resource planning, quality assurance, and progress reporting.
4. Develop delivery models for best-in-class service.
5. Build effective relationships across practice groups and sectors.
6. Coordinate with Resource Management to allocate work and monitor capacity and workload.

Our standard working hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, with consideration for flexible working requests.
