You are comfortable leading technical teams while engaging senior business stakeholders and executives. Our Managers lead the design and delivery of sustainable cloud and DevOps solutions, working closely with clients, architects, and delivery teams to maximise the value of Microsoft Azure. You will be responsible for shaping solution direction, providing architectural leadership, and ensuring delivery excellence across engagements.

You will operate across the full lifecycle — from pre-sales and solution shaping through architecture, implementation oversight, and operational transition — while mentoring consultants and analysts and driving best practice adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and governance of DevOps CI/CD strategies and enterprise delivery pipelines

Architect and oversee implementation of Azure cloud solutions aligned to client business and technology strategies

Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and DevOps practices across Azure environments

Provide technical leadership across project teams from requirements through architecture, delivery oversight, and operational handover

Design secure, scalable, and resilient Azure architectures for modern workloads

Lead technical assessments and cloud adoption strategies for customers moving to Azure

Conduct architectural and technical reviews to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and business objectives

Mentor and guide analysts and consultants in delivery and capability development

You will work closely with clients to shape cloud strategies, define architectures, and guide engineering teams through execution—delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Consulting

Partner with enterprise clients to define cloud strategy, roadmap, and transformation initiatives

Translate business needs into scalable Azure solutions aligned to Microsoft best practices

Facilitate architecture workshops, design reviews, and executive-level discussions

Architect secure, scalable, and resilient Azure platforms across IaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native services

Design Azure Landing Zones aligned with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) covering governance, security, and compliance

Guide teams on adopting modern cloud-native patterns (microservices, containers, serverless)

Microsoft Frameworks (CAF & WAF)

Ensure solutions comply with Azure Well-Architected Framework principles (security, reliability, performance, and cost optimization)

Conduct architecture assessments and optimization reviews

Implement Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) using Terraform

Build automated pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and governance

Define enterprise-scale Azure governance models (RBAC, Policies, Management Groups)

Implement security and compliance frameworks using Microsoft-native tools

Establish monitoring, observability, and operational excellence practices

• Have delivery accountability of contracted solutions at the programme or project level, ensuring adherence to deal economics, schedule, and quality standards.
• Effectively managing overall project/programme risks, making critical adjustments as necessary and gaining buy‑in from senior management for key project plans.
• Overseeing and driving the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive project work plans.
• Accountability of the traceability of project requirements throughout the project life cycle.
• Providing strategic direction for all change management activities and supporting clients in their change enablement processes

You will take charge of leading our most critical and complex projects and programmes, with full accountability of delivery you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction are achieved. Adhering to schedule, budget and quality benchmarks are expected. Your role will be instrumental in growing our clients and supporting both theirs and our growth.
