Job summary

Tria in Reading seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the planning and delivery of capability demonstrations across a digital engineering environment for a major aerospace and defence programme.

You will work with engineering, IT and business stakeholders to showcase new technologies, validate solutions and drive adoption on a hybrid, one day-per-week onsite arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical projects or programmes within aerospace or defence.
• Current SC Clearance, or eligibility to obtain it.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across engineering and technology teams.
• Knowledge of Digital Engineering environments, systems integration, technical demonstrations or complex IT platforms.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Up to £605 per day (Inside IR35)

6-month initial contract

Reading (Hybrid, 1 day per week onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the planning and delivery of capability demonstrations across a complex Digital Engineering environment. You'll work with engineering, IT and business stakeholders to showcase new technologies, validate technical solutions and drive adoption across a highly collaborative programme.

We Are Looking For

• Experience delivering technical projects or programmes within the aerospace or defence sector
• Current SC Clearance, or eligibility to obtain it
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across engineering and technology teams
• Knowledge of Digital Engineering environments, systems integration, technical demonstrations or complex IT platforms

It Would Be a Bonus If You Have

• Experience with Digital Thread, systems integration or interoperability testing
• Knowledge of middleware technologies such as APIs, message brokers or event-driven architectures
• Exposure to innovation, proof of concepts or emerging engineering technologies
