Job summary

Global is seeking a Delivery Manager to join its Transformation team in the UK. You will partner with Product, Engineering and other stakeholders to deliver roadmaps, remove blockers and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery using modern approaches and AI-enabled ways of working.

In this role you’ll coordinate squads, manage dependencies, communicate progress, and champion rapid iteration and value-led delivery across technology and digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Delivery expertise: Strong knowledge of software development practices, methodologies and release lifecycles.
• AI-enabled working: Hands-on comfort with AI tooling to enhance productivity.
• Planning & execution: Experience creating project plans and roadmaps with iterative approaches.

Responsibilities

• Squad planning & delivery: coordinate delivery plans and manage execution.
• Squad support & unblocker: ensure squads stay unblocked and productive.
• Risk, issue & dependency management: identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Communication & stakeholder management: provide updates to tech and business stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement & ways of working: champion modern delivery practices and AI-enabled workflows.
