Job summary

Browne Jacobson LLP is seeking a senior Delivery Manager to lead the Business Change & Delivery team. You will drive delivery execution, capacity planning and quality across the firm's programmes and projects, while mentoring a team of Programme and Project Managers in a hybrid working model.

The role emphasizes governance adherence, collaboration across central and practice departments, and a consulting, solution-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience leading a portfolio of delivery projects while managing a team of programme and project managers, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Demonstrable experience of a consulting and solution-focused approach to delivery.
• Experience delivering across technology (digital, software, UI/UX), suppliers, people and process change.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for ensuring all programmes, projects and initiatives are planned, resourced, managed, implemented and reported against in accordance with the governance framework and quality criteria.
• Lead, manage and develop the delivery team (Programme and Project Managers), operating across the firm's 1-2-3 delivery model (full lifecycle, partnered delivery, consultative).
• Act as the senior delivery escalation point for live programmes and projects, engaging directly with stakeholders and sponsors as required.
