Job Title: Delivery Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a capable and hands-on Delivery Manager to become a vital part of our Technology team. This role supports the iptiQ Exit Transformation Programme, which is scheduled to run through to 2026, and is pivotal in maintaining current operations while preparing business units for exit, including supporting transferred entities such as the EMEA P&C unit, which have been sold on 1st July 2025. You will be part of a small, high-performing team based across Zurich, London, and Hoofddorp, valuing open communication, collaboration, and practical delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate delivery activities across multiple locations and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective planning and execution of transformation tasks.
  • Maintain operational continuity while supporting exit readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners under support agreements.
  • Provide hands-on delivery support, focusing on execution rather than oversight.
  • Foster strong team communication and alignment with KPIs and objectives.
Essential Skills
  • Proven expertise in effective planning and project coordination.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork ethic across distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated hands-on delivery experience in transformation or technology programmes.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in delivery or project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Education or relevant professional qualification preferred.
  • Experience working in cross-border teams and transformation environments.
  • Familiarity with technology infrastructure and support agreements.
