Reporting to the Head of Development, our Agile Delivery Manager will be an excellent communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders, and able to provide clear progress updates throughout the full project lifecycle. You will collaborate with communities of practice to foster continuous improvement and ensure consistency of processes across e-commerce and internal application development.

Our growth plans are high, and increasing volumes of visitors and data are key considerations for each decision as an Agile Delivery Manager. Whether delivering projects for our multi-channel, public-facing e-commerce platform or for our internal web applications, your role will be crucial.

What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Have

Ideally, our Agile Delivery Manager will be a Certified Scrum Master. You will also have:

• Experience delivering large-scale web software projects
• Managed teams from requirements through iterative delivery to successful release and adoption
• Experience in scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe or LeSS
• Expertise in Agile coaching, training, and improving delivery practices
• A solid understanding of operating at scale
