Version 1 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex engagements, ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality, and manage stakeholders from project initiation to closure. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and process compliance, with active SC clearance required.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in Business / Compliance / Process delivery.
• Familiar with implementing strong process control or compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PRINCE 2 or PMP knowledge with practical experience.
• Budget management, commercial and customer experience.
• Full SDLC experience.
• Excellent team motivator.
• Proven track record delivering fixed price engagements.
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Word and Visio.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Interest in developing PM capability solutions.
• Candidates must have active SC Clearance

Responsabilités

• Confirm project scope, goals, resources and mandate with stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed project work-plan and resource profile.
• Undertake RAID analysis and establish governance structures.
• Create and maintain PID, plans and status reports.
• Lead and monitor progress to meet time, cost and quality constraints.
• Report progress to steering group and sponsor; escalate issues.
• Maintain risk and issue logs and contingency plans.
• Define effective project communication strategy for stakeholders.
• Identify inter-dependencies and ensure alignment and risk mitigation.
• Identify process gaps and implement compliant business processes.

Job Description

• Working with the Project Owner/Sponsor / Scrum Master to confirm the project scope and goals, objectives and business justification, secure project resources (people and budget) and re-iterate the mandate for the project.
• Preparing a detailed project work-plan with associated resource requirement profile identification.
• Undertaking standard RAID analysis and establishing the project governance structure and processes.
• Creating, maintaining, and updating a Project Initiation Document, Plans and Project Status Reports
• Leading, monitoring, and maintaining progress of the project plan to ensure delivery of the key stages and goals within the agreed constraints of time, cost and quality.
• Controlling and reporting progress to the Project Steering Group/Project Sponsor /Programme Manager and Executive level, and escalating any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner. Initiating corrective action where necessary to keep the project on track.
• Continually assessing potential risks and issues maintaining risk and issue logs, and contingency plans.
• Playing a lead role in defining an effective communication strategy for the project, including communicating and consulting with key stakeholders.
• Identify inter-dependencies between the various stakeholder groups to ensure all are aligned and risks are identified, mitigated, and communicated.
• The ability to identify process gaps and implement necessary business process and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Overall strong Project Management capabilities, 8-10 years Project Management experience
• Experience in Business / Compliance / Process delivery.
• Familiar with implementing strong process control or compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of PRINCE 2 or PMP and practical experience of same.
• Budget management, commercial and Customer experience.
• Full SDLC experience.
• Excellent team motivator.
• Proven track record in successfully delivery fixed price engagements.
• Experience in using standard Project Management and MS Office tools inc. MS Project, Excel, Word and Visio.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong interest in developing PM Capability solutions and methodologies.
