Job description

Job Title: Delivery Manager - Managed Legal Services (MLS)

Vario, a market-leading alternative legal services provider within Pinsent Masons, is seeking a Delivery Manager to support our MLS team. This role involves overseeing legal service delivery to practice groups and external clients, focusing on team development and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Line manage a team of paralegals, including supervision, training, development, and management of direct reports.
  2. Supervise the delivery of legal services to end users.
  3. Support service delivery management on engagements, including resource planning, quality assurance, output/efficiency reviews, and progress reporting.
  4. Develop delivery models to ensure best-in-class service.
  5. Build effective relationships across relevant practice groups and sectors.
  6. Collaborate with Resource Management to allocate work effectively and monitor capacity and workload levels.
Working Hours:

Standard hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, with consideration for flexible working arrangements.

Specialist Teams:

This role will be within one of our specialist teams, such as Asset Management, Banking, Commercial, Construction, Corporate, Cyber, Data & Privacy, Document Review, Disputes, Employment, Intellectual Property, Planning, Property Development, or Transaction Management.
