Role Overview:
We are looking for a Delivery Lead with strong Agile experience to drive an AI-driven innovation project in the commercial vehicle industry. This role will focus on overseeing Agile delivery processes, ensuring seamless execution, and optimising workflows to support the successful development and deployment of AI-powered solutions. As a key leader, you will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, AI development teams, and business analysts to ensure that deliverables align with strategic objectives, timelines, and quality expectations. Your ability to orchestrate Agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement will be essential in delivering high-value AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Agile delivery processes, ensuring projects stay on track, within scope, and aligned with business goals
2. Work closely with Product Owners, AI Engineers, and Business Analysts to define priorities and manage sprint backlogs
3. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to drive iterative development and team collaboration
4. Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, ensuring milestones and deliverables meet expected standards
5. Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively resolve them to maintain project momentum
6. Ensure seamless communication between business, technology, and AI teams, aligning on scope and expectations
7. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, Agile best practices, and team empowerment to enhance efficiency
8. Support in capacity planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement to optimize project execution
9. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery metrics to provide visibility into progress and outcomes

About the candidate:

1. 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, program management, or a similar leadership role
2. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile frameworks at scale
3. Proven experience managing AI-driven projects, digital transformation, or automation initiatives
4. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or other Agile management tools
5. Excellent ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve conflicts
6. Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving iterative, value-driven delivery
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
