About the Role

The Delivery Lead will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering digital transformation initiatives. This role involves implementing and promoting agile practices at the portfolio level, focusing initially on several priority initiatives across multiple business functions. Knowledge of various delivery methodologies, especially agile, is preferred.

About the Department & Team

The Technology Team reports to the Chief Information Officer and supports key services for the LSM Business, providing architecture and delivery resources to achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to project proposals, requirements, and documentation.
  • Identify relationships, dependencies, and impacts of change across systems and processes.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Support stakeholder management, working with Product Owners and Change Delivery Leads.
  • Collaborate effectively within an Agile team.
  • Ensure accurate identification and estimation of deliverables.
  • Participate in planning, demos, retrospectives, and ceremonies.
  • Use KPIs to inform product decisions and support backlog and roadmap management.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience delivering multiple projects with business and technical teams.
  • Understanding of Claims and Reinsurance functions within the London Market or European Insurer.
  • Insurance, Reinsurance, and London Market experience.
  • Salesforce capabilities.
  • Systems migration and integration experience.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment with global teams.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Comfort working with C-level stakeholders.
  • Flexible, pragmatic, and deadline-oriented.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
