Job Introduction

  • C-Suite level communication skills, articulating benefits and issues to non-technical executive audiences
  • Able to engage with technical owners on technical matters, and product owners on product matters
  • A track record of successfully delivering significant change programme or portfolios using both traditional (waterfall) and agile delivery methods
  • “Real world” hands-on experience
  • Modernisation programmes that involve migration from legacy platforms, particularly in areas such as Payments or other Core Banking processes
  • Providing leadership and management for teams involved in the delivery of change
  • Designing and implementing programme level control environments
  • A proactive mindset and approach, able and willing to engage in change initiatives to resolve and mitigate issues
  • Ability to build positive and effective “influencing” relationships with stakeholders at all levels
