Job summary

M&G Life Technology seeks a Senior Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of the Servicing AI programme, driving digital-first experiences and AI/automation across contact channels while operating within a regulated framework. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and align delivery to business outcomes.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with flexible working arrangements and strong governance expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex digital/technology transformation programmes end-to-end.
• Digital & AI delivery experience for customer-facing platforms and CRM.
• Experience delivering in regulated environments (PRA/FCA/DORA or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own delivery execution for the Servicing AI programme from planning through build, test, release and stabilisation.
• Translate roadmap into sequenced, measurable delivery increments aligned to business outcomes.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Technology, Operations and sponsors; mentor delivery colleagues.
