Job summary

A leading global insurance firm is seeking a Delivery Lead in London to drive the end-to-end delivery of a claims data migration project, transitioning to an AI-powered solution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in delivery leadership for data-driven projects, an understanding of AI applications in insurance, and facilitate Agile ceremonies. Competitive compensation of up to £675 per day offered.

Delivery Lead - AI, Insurance, Agile

Up to £675 per day - Inside IR35

My client is a global insurer seeking a Delivery Lead to own and drive end-to-end delivery of a claims data migration project, transitioning to an AI-powered solution.

Key Requirements:

• Proven commercial experience working as a Delivery Lead in complex, data-driven projects (ideally AI).
• Strong understanding of AI applications (ideally within Insurance, particularly claims and FNOL processes).
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Effective management of Budgets / Risks / Issues / Dependencies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Planview etc.
• Agile certifications i.e. SAFe, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP etc.
• The ability to collaborate and work effectively with global teams across different time zones.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivery challenges.
• Previous experience presenting updates and insights to SteerCo level.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Previous Insurance industry experience (Property or Mid-Market lines preferred).
• A background in development with strong knowledge of Python, Java, React and Azure.
