Job Description:

Role Title: Delivery Lead

Duration: Contract to run until 31/12/2025

Location: Manchester, Hybrid

Rate: up to £414 p/d Umbrella inside IR35

Our client is looking for a Delivery Lead to join the team and be responsible for the end-to-end management of the project. The candidate should have significant experience in planning, finance forecasting, risk management, and progress reporting.

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Experience in payments back office operations.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, design, and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables supporting business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage client expectations and foster strong client relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers or team leads.
