Job description

TL;DR

Role: Delivery Executive

Location: Birmingham or Exeter (hybrid working)

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)

Working hours: Flexible, with some office time expected

Why apply?: Work on high-impact projects, collaborate with world-class experts, and play a key role in driving digital innovation for leading brands.

Our Mission & Vision

At Good Growth, we help businesses innovate online without being slowed down by outdated technology. Many large companies rely on legacy systems - where others see a limitation, we see an opportunity.

Our mission is to tear down barriers to growth, helping brands move fast, innovate boldly, and optimise their digital experiences. We combine extraordinary technology with world‑class data and insight to deliver results that redefine what’s possible in digital commerce.

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in making sure our clients experience the full power of what we do.

Where We Are Now & Our Future Goals
  • A decade of experience helping global brands grow
  • Trusted by major retailers & e-commerce leaders
  • Offices in Birmingham and Exeter with a growing UK-wide team
  • Rapidly scaling our Good Growth Technology (GGT) platform
  • Expanding our impact in e-commerce, UX, analytics & digital transformation

We’re growing fast, and we need brilliant people like you to help us deliver digital innovation at speed.

Working Hours & Location

We believe in flexibility - you should work where you do your best work.

  • Hybrid working: Most of our team spends 1–2 days per week in the office
  • Offices in Birmingham and Exeter
  • Core hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM UK time (flexible start and finish times)
  • Some travel may be required for client meetings (with notice)

While we support remote working, we may ask you to be in the office more often during your first few months, to help you settle in and get up to speed with the team and our ways of working.

Why This Role Matters

As a Delivery Executive, you'll be the engine room behind some of the UK's biggest brands' digital experimentation programmes. You'll work closely with our Delivery Managers and Senior Delivery Managers, getting hands‑on with the detail that makes high‑impact changes land in days, not months.

This role is all about getting stuck in, learning fast, and taking real pride in the quality of your work.

You’ll Love This Role If You Enjoy
  • Getting hands‑on with live client projects from day one
  • Learning the ins and outs of digital delivery from experienced Delivery Managers
  • Working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
  • Taking ownership of your own tasks and seeing them through to a high standard
This role may not be right for you if:
  • You're looking to lead client accounts and strategy from day one
  • You prefer working solo with minimal collaboration
  • You're looking for a fully remote role with no office time
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
  • Delivering high-quality work - Completing tasks and deliverables delegated by your Delivery Manager or Senior Delivery Manager to a high standard and on time.
  • Getting the detail right - Checking your own work thoroughly before handing it back for review.
  • Supporting the wider team - Helping coordinate with our Development and Insight teams on delegated tasks.
  • Keeping things organised - Maintaining clear notes and documentation as work progresses.
  • Flagging early - Raising blockers, risks or questions before they become problems.
  • Learning as you go - Building your understanding of digital delivery, our clients, and our ways of working.
  • Bringing fresh ideas - Contributing observations that help us keep improving how we work.
About You

We’re looking for organized, proactive problem-solvers who thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Skills
  • A can‑do attitude, energy and curiosity to get stuck in.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of their own work.
  • An enjoyment of learning new things and a comfort in asking questions.
  • Ability to manage their own time and meet deadlines on delegated tasks
Desirable Skills (Nice to have, but not essential!)
  • Experience within digital or ecommerce
  • Experience with CRO or a related digital discipline

If you don’t tick every box, don’t worry - we value potential as much as experience!

Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience)
  • 28 days annual leave (+ bank holidays)
  • Flexible & hybrid working
  • Learning & Development Allowance
  • Regular team events & socials (including a 2‑day company Town Hall)
  • Company Bonus Scheme

We believe in investing in our people, and enabling them to grow.

Our Interview Process

We believe in a fair, transparent process that gives you a real sense of the job, team, and culture.

  • Introductory Call (30 mins) – A relaxed conversation to see if the role is a good fit
  • Practical Task – A short exercise to assess project management skills
  • Work Day – Spend a day with us (in person or remotely) to experience the role first‑hand
