Job summary

Luminance is seeking a Delivery Engineer to own the software development lifecycle, ensuring efficient, high-quality releases for the client base. You will drive processes forward, guiding teams and removing bottlenecks to meet commercial goals.

You will analyse the SDLC, propose practical solutions, and build automation where appropriate, supporting an inclusive, high-performance engineering culture at Luminance.

As a Delivery Engineer, you are responsible for the software development lifecycle (SLDC) that results in packaged releases of Luminance software that can be distributed to our client base. During your day-to-day you will ensure that the lifecycle runs efficiently and to a high standard, driving processes forward to help meet commercial goals and adding assistance and guidance to the tech team when you come across inefficiencies or bottlenecks. Your long-term responsibilities are to analyse the SDLC for weak points and propose or build human and/or automation solutions that provide long term benefit to the efficiency, reliability and visibility of the SDLC.
