About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a key part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They also gather customer feedback and help ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of the organization and promote the company brand through positive interactions with customers.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products to customers within a specified radius
• Maintaining high customer service standards
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns as needed
• Carrying out vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse when required
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as needed

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday work, depending on branch coverage.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the branch's mile radius
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of high standards of customer service
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
