About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a vital part of the team at GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They also offer valuable customer feedback and help ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. Your responsibilities include contributing to the success of the organization and promoting the company through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products to customer premises within a specified radius
• Maintaining high customer service standards
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns as needed
• Performing vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse when required
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as needed

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday work depending on branch needs.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
• Good knowledge of the mile radius around the branch
• Previous delivery driving experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
• Customer-focused, motivated to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
