About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial role within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They also give valuable customer feedback and help ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. Your responsibilities include contributing to the success of the organization, promoting the company brand through positive customer interactions, and supporting various operational tasks.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products to customers within a specified radius
• Maintaining high customer service standards
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns as needed
• Carrying out vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in warehouse tasks
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays, depending on branch coverage needs.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the delivery radius of the branch
• Previous delivery driving experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
• Customer-focused and motivated to go the extra mile
