About The Role

Delivery drivers are a vital part of the team at GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They also gather customer feedback and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products within a specified radius
• Providing high levels of customer service
• Reporting customer and competitor activity
• Loading vehicles according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns
• Performing vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse as needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday work depending on branch needs.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Knowledge of the mile radius of the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
• Customer-focused and motivated to achieve
