About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer feedback insights and help us ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products within a mile radius of the branch
• Maintaining high customer service standards
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns
• Performing vehicle daily checks and maintenance
• Assisting in the warehouse as needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the mile radius of the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
