About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial part in the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are vital for customer feedback and ensuring timely deliveries.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products to customer premises within a mile radius
• Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
• Providing feedback to the branch on customer and competitor activity
• Loading vehicles according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns as required
• Vehicle maintenance, including daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse as needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as required

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the mile radius of the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good timekeeping
• Customer-focused, motivated to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
