About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a vital part of the GSF Car Parts team. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer valuable feedback on customer and competitor activities and help ensure timely deliveries.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. Your responsibilities include contributing to the success of the organization and promoting the company through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

1. Delivering products to customers within a local radius
2. Maintaining high customer service standards
3. Providing feedback to the branch on customer and competitor activities
4. Loading your vehicle according to procedures
5. Collecting customer returns as required
6. Performing vehicle maintenance checks
7. Assisting in the warehouse when needed
8. Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries when required

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday work depending on branch needs.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the local area around the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
• Customer-focused and motivated to go the extra mile
