About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a vital part of the GSF Car Parts team. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer valuable feedback and help us meet delivery commitments.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero hours/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. Your role includes contributing to the success of the organization and promoting the company through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products within a mile radius of the branch
• Maintaining high customer service standards
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading vehicles according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns
• Performing vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse as needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday work, depending on branch coverage.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the mile radius around the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
