Job summary

DHL e-Commerce in the UK is recruiting motivated van drivers for the peak season. Whether you have your own van or access to one, you’ll work daytime deliveries on a consistent route each day, with strong earning potential during busy periods.

Requirements include a valid UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK. A positive attitude and great customer service are essential; multi‑drop experience helps but isn’t required.

What You'll Need

• A valid UK driving licence.
• A reliable long-wheelbase van is beneficial but not essential at the point of application — we can explain your options to help you get on the road.
• The right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills.
• Multi-drop experience is helpful but not essential.

Your Pay Explained

£50 - £60K per year reflects average daily earnings of £200-£250 per day when delivering parcel volumes of 80 - 100 stops. Payment is based on a stop rate, meaning the more stops you deliver the more you can earn. Typically, our drivers work around 9 hours per day and for 5 or 6 days per week.
