Job summary

DHL e-COMMERCE in the UK is recruiting motivated van drivers for the peak season. Whether you have a suitable van or need access to one, join us for consistent work on regular routes and the chance to earn more during our busiest period.

Pay is shown as £50K–£60K per year, with a £1,000 peak bonus and a £550 new-starter payment. You’ll benefit from daily fuel support, a Driver app for faster pay, and 5–6 day weeks on stable routes.

What You'll Need

• A valid UK driving licence.
• A reliable long-wheelbase van is beneficial but not essential at the point of application - we can explain your options to help you get on the road.
• The right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills.
• Multi-drop experience is helpful but not essential.

Your Pay Explained

£50 - £60K per year reflects average daily earnings of £200-£250 per day when delivering parcel volumes of 80 - 100 stops. Payment is based on a stop rate, meaning the more stops you deliver the more you can earn. Typically, our drivers work around 9 hours per day and for 5 or 6 days per week. Peak is coming - don't miss out. Start in October to access the £1,000 Peak Bonus and get your new starter rewards before Christmas.

Please note: Muti Drop delivery routes require a suitable van, if you don't currently have one, but are comfortable driving a large van and we'll explain the options available.
