Job summary

Kenect Recruitment Ltd is seeking a polite, motivated Delivery Driver’s Mate for a temp‑to‑perm role in the Cribbs Causeway area of Bristol. You will support the driver with home deliveries and provide excellent customer service directly in customers' homes.

The role is hands-on and requires safe lifting of heavy items, effective communication, and teamwork within a two-person crew. Weekend work is included on a rotating schedule with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers
• Ability to work in a two-person crew
• Strong safety awareness for manual handling
• Reliable and punctual for shift patterns

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with home deliveries and customer service
• Help carry heavy items safely into the customer’s room
• Assist with basic installation or setup inside the home
• Tidy up packaging and keep the customer’s home neat
• Work as part of a two-person team to maneuver items safely
