Ocado Logistics is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver in Luton to join our team. You will work 3 shifts per week (8 hours each), with paid breaks and premium pay that increases hourly earnings to about £13.53.

You will completeLicence checks and Right to Work checks during online application. Training is provided, and a supportive, inclusive workplace awaits.

Qualifications

• No previous experience needed; training provided.
• Full UK or EU driving licence required.

You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like! In return, we use our automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van! This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and is perfect for those looking for a part-time schedule. You will work 3 x 8-hour shifts each week with shifts scheduled on different days each week. On top of your base pay, you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.53 per hour.

Candidate Requirements

• No previous experience needed; just bring a positive attitude and our training team will do the rest!
• Driving Licence Requirements:
  • Full UK or EU driving licence
  • Minimum of 12 months driving experience
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points
  • No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
  • Must be over 18 to handle deliveries involving alcohol products
• Good communication skills, as this is a customer-facing role

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time
• Contract Hours: 24 hours per week, including paid breaks
• Contracted days: Any 3 days out of 7, with 8-hour shifts, further information during pre-boarding
• Shifts: AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30, finishing as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time before applying.
• Shift rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance

Pay Structure: The position is lunar paid, meaning you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please consider this when applying.
