Ocado Logistics is looking for part-time Customer Service Team Members who will also drive deliveries across the Gloucester area. You will work 3 eight-hour shifts per week, with AM & PM blocks, on a 7-day rota.

Expect a friendly, customer-facing environment and full training to support excellent service. Requirements include a full UK or EU driving licence, at least 12 months of driving experience, and no more than 6 penalty points.

• Must have strong communication skills for customer-facing work.
• Ability to deliver quality service on time.
• Good organisation and reliability for multi-stop routes.

What We Need From You

• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Must be over 18, as some deliveries involve handling alcohol products.
• Good communication skills are essential for this customer-facing role.

Contract Details

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time

• Contract Hours: 24 hours per week (including paid breaks)
• Contracted Days: Work any 3 days out of 7, doing 8-hour shifts.
• Shifts: AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30 and finishing as late as 12:00 (midnight).
• Pay Structure: Lunar paid every 4 weeks.

Hourly Pay Rates

• Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.96
• Evening Premium (from 6pm): £15.08
• Sunday Day Premium: £15.36
• Sunday Evening Premium: £16.59
