Job summary

Benugo Limited is seeking a delivery driver to support our Central Production Unit, delivering fresh sandwiches and baked goods to locations across the UK. You will collect orders, pack the delivery vehicle, and plan efficient routes while maintaining vehicle checks and client-facing professionalism.

The role emphasizes clear communication, timely deliveries, and adherence to our Work Policy. Working hours will be discussed at the interview, with a competitive hourly rate of £14.00.

Responsibilities

• Collect stock from a collection point and ensure customer orders are completed.
• Pack goods in the delivery vehicle in an orderly way matching the delivery sequence.
• Plan the shortest and best routes considering traffic and road conditions.
• Carry out regular maintenance checks on delivery vans and report issues.
• Ensure delivered goods are in good condition on arrival.
• Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.

Our Central Production Unit supplies fresh sandwiches, salads and freshly baked goods 6 days per week to our locations from high street cafes to museums and corporate sites across the UK.

The main responsibilities include:

Collecting stock or goods from a collection point and ensuring that all customer orders are completed

Packing the goods in the delivery vehicle in an organised manner that matches the order in which the deliveries will be made

Planning the shortest and best routes to clients by taking factors like roadblocks and traffic into consideration – The City of London

Carrying out regular maintenance checks on delivery vans and informing management of any issues

Ensuring delivered goods are in good condition

Interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner

Good communication skills – ensure the office is informed of any delayed deliveries, vehicle breakdowns etc

Following the company’s Driving for Work Policy

Working hours - will be discussed at the interview

Pay rate is £14/h
