Job summary

Ocado Logistics in Milton Keynes is looking for Customer Service Team Members who deliver quality products on time while providing an excellent customer experience. You may work evenings and weekends with pay premiums to boost average earnings to £13.82 per hour.

Shifts include 5 of 7 days with 8 or 10 hour options and 40 hours per week, plus paid breaks. Training is provided, and benefits include a company pension, digital health services, discounts, life insurance, and progression

So what do we need from you?

You don\'t need any previous experience to join our good-natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest!

But you will need the following Driving Licence Requirements:

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Type:Permanent

Contract Hours:40 hours (including paid breaks)

Contracted days:You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 working 8 hour shifts, and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.

We are also currently hiring a small number of drivers required to work any 4 days out of 7 working 10 hour shifts (following 4 week training period)

Shifts:AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure:The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate)

Evening Premium (from 6pm)

Sunday Day Premium

Sunday Evening Premium

Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)
