Job summary

A leading logistics provider is seeking a reliable Driver's Assistant to support delivery operations in Central Scotland. You will assist the driver with loading, unloading, and delivering goods while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is physically fit, trustworthy, and possesses good communication skills. This is a full-time role with occasional weekend work, offering £100 per day.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK & able to pass a criminal record check.
• Confident using GPS/maps and planning routes.
• Basic vehicle check knowledge (e.g., oil, tyres, fuel).
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods.
• Provide excellent customer service before and during deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist in lifting, moving, and installing items with manual handling.
