Love being on the move and interacting with people from all walks of life? Proud to deliver quality goods on time and put a smile on thousands of faces every week?

Join Ocado Logistics where there are bags of possibilities.

It’s our mission to provide an outstanding customer experience. While others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role in delivering top-quality products on time and efficiently.

You’ll be out on the road regardless of the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like!

In return, we use automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van!

Everyone prefers their groceries at different times, so our working patterns include evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. Along with your base pay, you will receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £12.70. You can further boost your earnings with overtime for those special occasions!

All your breaks are paid, meaning you get paid for every minute at work. That’s a great deal!

(Shift details vary, but more information is included below to help you understand what your schedule might look like.)

We prioritize a safe working environment and offer a range of perks tailored to your lifestyle, including:

  • Company pension with up to 7% matched contributions after 3 months
  • An enhanced digital health and wellbeing service, including virtual GP appointments for you and your dependents
  • Hundreds of discounts on high street shopping, entertainment, and restaurants
  • Life insurance coverage from day one
  • 15% off your weekly shop
  • Additional voluntary benefits such as dental and travel insurance at discounted rates
  • Opportunities for career progression, with 87% of salaried roles filled internally
