Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking drivers for its UK operations. The role involves customer-facing deliveries, following pre-planned routes, and working 40 hours across 5 days out of 7. You’ll earn premium payments on top of base pay and have paid breaks.

DBS checks and Right to Work checks are part of onboarding. Training will be provided to ensure successful delivery service. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and weekdays with a transparent pay structure.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Must be over 18 to apply.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries on road, following routes planned by automated tech.
• Shift patterns include evenings, weekends, and weekdays.
• Paid breaks and premium payments on top of base pay.
• 40 hours per week with 5 of 7 days, 8 hour shifts.
• Lunar pay structure: paid every 4 weeks.
