Ocado Logistics is seeking Customer Service Team Members to handle on-road deliveries and front-line customer interactions. You will be on the road in a 37.5 hour week, with shifts starting early and finishing late, and premiums boosting hourly pay.

Applicants must hold a full UK or EU driving licence, have at least 12 months driving experience, and no more than 6 penalty points. DBS checks apply and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for a customer facing role.
• Full UK or EU driving licence with no disqualifications in 5 years.
• Minimum 12 months driving experience and up to 6 penalty points.

Responsabilités

• Deliver groceries as part of Ocado Logistics operations.
• Provide a high standard of customer service on every delivery.
• Follow planned routes using automated pre-planning tools and manage shifts.
