Job summary

Ocado Logistics in Witney is hiring a Delivery Driver to join the team. You will be on the road delivering groceries with friendly customer service, following pre-planned routes using our automated tech.

Shifts include evenings and weekends, averaging 40 hours per week. Base pay is £13.28 per hour with premiums to roughly £13.86 and enhanced overtime. The role offers a pension, health and wellbeing services, discounts, life insurance and other benefits.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required, just a positive attitude and good trainable mindset.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be over 18.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as part of shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries on time following pre-planned routes.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety and report issues.
• Work 5 days out of 7 across 8‑hour shifts, with paid breaks included.
