Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking Customer Service Team Members who will deliver groceries and other products to customers across the region. You’ll be out on the road in all weather, using our route-planning technology to pre-load your van and hit delivery windows with a focus on friendliness and efficiency.

Shifts include evenings and weekends, with premiums that boost hourly earnings; base pay plus enhancements contribute to strong overall earnings.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills for a customer-facing role.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as part of common shift patterns.
• Full UK driving licence with minimum 12 months driving experience and up to 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top quality products on time and in an efficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service while on the road and at delivery points.
• Follow pre-planned routes and participate in training provided by the company.
