Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as flexible Delivery Drivers in Glasgow, on a temporary basis.

As a Post Person with Driving, you'll drive a Royal Mail van, deliver letters and parcels around your route, and stay active by walking parts of the day.

Flexibility and a full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points are required, with a driving assessment to pass.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to walk 20,000 steps a day, get in and out of a van regularly, and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16kg.
• Flexible shifts and ability to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your route and drive a Royal Mail delivery van.
• Walk parts of your route to complete deliveries and provide reliable service.
• Ensure items reach their destination safely and follow Royal Mail business standards.
