You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like!

In return, we use automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van!

Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. On top of your base pay, you will receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £13.75 per hour. You can also boost your earnings further with enhanced overtime for those special occasions!

All your breaks are paid, meaning you get paid for every minute at work. That’s a great deal!

So what do we need from you?

You don’t need previous experience to join our good-natured team—just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our training team will do the rest!

Driving Licence Requirements:

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years

Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer-facing role, good communication skills are essential.

• You’ll be invited to tour the site, meet the team, and participate in a Q&A session.
• We will run a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check.
• Once all checks are complete, you will be offered the role, and your career with Ocado Logistics will begin!

Contract Details:

• Type: Permanent
• Hours: 40 hours/week, including paid breaks
• Schedule: Any 4 days out of 7, with 10-hour shifts. Further details provided during pre-boarding.
• Shifts: AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30 and finishing as late as 00:00. Check your commute before applying. Shift rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure:

This role is paid weekly until 19th May 2025, after which it switches to a lunar cycle (every 4 weeks). If you start before this date, your last weekly pay will be on 23rd May. The first lunar cycle pay will be on 13th June 2025.

Hourly Pay Rates:

Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate), Evening Premium (from 6 pm), Sunday Day & Evening Premium, Overtime rates (Day & Evening shifts).
