Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery: Drive a Transit Van (65% of the role) to deliver packages to the local area, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
  • Trade Counter Sales: Engage with customers at the trade counter, providing excellent service and product knowledge.
  • Stock Management: Efficiently book stock in and out, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Quoting & Orders: Raise quotes and sales orders, ensuring a smooth transaction process for our customers.
  • Customer Queries: Handle telephone inquiries with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Maintain a clean and tidy working environment, both inside the building and outside, to create a welcoming atmosphere.
