You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like!

In return, we use our automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van!

Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. On top of your base pay, you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.90 per hour. You can also increase your earnings further with enhanced overtime for those special occasions!

All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work, you get paid. That’s a great deal!

So what do we need from you?

You don’t need any previous experience to join our good-natured team—just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our training team will do the rest!

Driving Licence Requirements:

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years

Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer-facing role, good communication skills are essential.

• You will be invited to tour the site and meet the team for a Q&A session.
• We will run a Disclosure Barring System (DBS) check.
• Once all checks are complete, you will be offered the role, and your career with Ocado Logistics will begin!

Contract Details:

• Type: Permanent
• Hours: 40 hours per week (including paid breaks)
• Days: Any 5 days out of 7, with 8-hour shifts. Further details provided during pre-boarding.
• Shifts: AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30 and finishing as late as 00:00. Check your commute before applying. Rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure: Lunar paid, with payments every 4 weeks on a monthly schedule.

Hourly Pay Rates:

Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate), Evening Premium (from 6pm), Sunday Day Premium, Sunday Evening Premium, Overtime rates for day and evening shifts.
