Job summary

Sainsbury's Limited, via Argos Local Fulfilment Centres at Rochester (ME2 4DW), is hiring a Delivery Driver on a part-time, fixed-term basis until 2 January 2027. You will deliver Argos products to customers’ doors or collection points, load the van, and complete drops with route guidance while keeping safety and timeliness a priority.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence held 12 months with no more than 6 points.

You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK

You must be fully licenced to drive and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it.

Whilst many of our roles will be temporary over the festive period, there may also be permanent opportunities available - please check the contract type and schedule hours before applying to ensure that the role is right for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• With a market-leading delivery service offering over 60,000 products, you’ll handle items with care, delivering Argos products directly to customers’ front doors or their preferred collection point
• Responsible for loading the van and delivering a set number of drops in a shift with guidance from an ePod
• Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries with a friendly and professional attitude
• We will provide phone support while you’re on the road, and our route guidance will ensure you return to the site within your shift times
• Safe driving and adherence to guidelines are essential
