Ocado Logistics is hiring a Delivery Driver in the Andover/Basingstoke area. You will deliver groceries to customers, using pre-planned routes with paid breaks and a 40-hour week across 5 days in a 7-day pattern. Roles include weekend/evening shifts with overtime premiums to increase earnings.

Training provided and progression opportunities available. Compensation includes average annual pay around £29,300 with hourly premiums to £14.12 and paid breaks.

So what do we need from you? You don't need any previous experience to join our good-natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest! But you will need the following:

Driving Licence Requirements:

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
• Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Details:

• Type: Permanent
• Hours: 40 hours, including paid breaks (which means you work 37.5 hours but get paid for 40 hours!)
• Contracted days: You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 doing 8 hour shifts, and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.
• Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
• Pay Structure: The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.
